About The Book
23 years ago, my life, my plan, my future was forever changed. The life I had planned, envisioned and worked for the previous 4 years was gone.
Full academic scholarship to Emerson University, one of the first female sportscasters for ESPN, a major in communications at the number one communications school in the country. This was the life I had planned for myself.
3 weeks after receiving my acceptance, I had a hard decision to make in my life.
No matter where you may be in life, what you have experienced, or where you may be going, there is always going to be something that comes into play along your journey. Sometimes these are obstacles that are meant to deter you and cause you to slow down. Sometimes they are meant to make you rethink where you are and what changes you need to make. Sometimes, it’s just something minor, that appears to be so much bigger.
Wherever you are and whatever you are experiencing, there is always a need to understand how best to approach those obstacles. Shit Happens: Your Guide to Flushing It, is designed to be that guide. Helping you through those obstacles, changes, and deceptive issues.
Whether your life and your journey are just getting started or you’ve been on this path for a while and things just aren’t going the way you expect, this book is the book to help you get through all of that and into a place of loving your life.
